Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Luxury Appliances Repairs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our appliance repair services, website, and all related communications. By requesting our services, scheduling an appointment, or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Luxury Appliances Repairs provides professional appliance repair services to residential customers in the Sacramento metropolitan area and surrounding regions within a 20-mile radius of Sacramento, California. Our services include:

  • Refrigerator and freezer repair
  • Washing machine and dryer repair
  • Dishwasher repair
  • Range, oven, and cooktop repair
  • Microwave repair
  • Water heater repair and maintenance
  • Other major household appliance repairs

Service Area: We provide services throughout Sacramento County and surrounding regions within 20 miles of Sacramento, CA. Services are available 24/7 for emergency repairs.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone at (916) 916-0101
  • We provide flexible scheduling including weekends and emergency 24/7 service
  • A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm your appointment
  • Please provide access to the appliance on the scheduled date and time

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service charge
  • No-shows will be charged the full diagnostic fee or service charge
  • Emergency service cancellations are subject to applicable fees

Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee will be charged for all service calls. This fee will be credited toward repairs if you choose to proceed with our service. If you decline repairs, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable but covers the technician's time and expertise in diagnosing the issue.

Warranty Terms

Parts and Labor Warranty

  • All repair work is guaranteed for up to 3 years on parts and labor
  • Replacement parts include a full manufacturer warranty
  • If a repaired component fails within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge
  • Labor warranty applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover subsequent failures from other causes

Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues in the home
  • Natural wear and tear on additional appliance components
  • Pre-existing conditions not related to the repair performed
  • Repairs performed by someone other than Luxury Appliances Repairs

Payment Terms

  • Pricing will be provided before work begins, with detailed estimates for all repairs
  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless credit terms have been previously arranged
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash
  • A deposit may be required for large jobs or advance service scheduling
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by California law
  • We reserve the right to place a lien on appliances for unpaid repair bills in accordance with California law

Limitation of Liability

Luxury Appliances Repairs is not liable for:

  • Data loss from appliances with electronic components
  • Food spoilage or loss during refrigerator/freezer repairs
  • Water damage from washing machine or dishwasher repairs
  • Property damage resulting from appliance failure or repair work, except where caused by our negligence
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damage to property or injury sustained during or after service completion, except where caused by our direct negligence

Our liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific repair service that gave rise to the claim.

Service Area Limitations

Luxury Appliances Repairs operates exclusively within the Sacramento metropolitan area and surrounding regions within a 20-mile radius of Sacramento, California. Services may be restricted or delayed due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Equipment or parts availability
  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen service disruptions
  • High call volume during peak periods

We will provide notice of service delays whenever possible and will contact you to reschedule appointments.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible work environment for our technicians
  • Ensure the appliance is accessible and functional for diagnosis
  • Disclose all known issues and history with the appliance
  • Provide accurate contact information for scheduling and billing
  • Respect technician safety and property boundaries
  • Maintain appliances according to manufacturer recommendations between service visits
  • Provide payment at the time of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

Both parties agree to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

Business License

Luxury Appliances Repairs is properly licensed and insured to provide appliance repair services in California. Our business is registered with the CA Bureau of Household Goods and Movers under License Number A 50651. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to protect our customers.

Modifications to Terms

Luxury Appliances Repairs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable under applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any service agreements, warranty documentation, and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxury Appliances Repairs regarding your use of our appliance repair services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
